Organizational History

WTPOF was founded to reconnect formerly incarcerated individuals with their communities, fostering growth, healing, and sustainable employment. Rooted in the belief that agriculture is a powerful tool for rehabilitation and community building, WTPOF empowers participants to rebuild their lives.

Goals

  • Reducing Recidivism: Providing stable employment and support to lower re-offense rates.

1. Paid Internships for Formerly Incarcerated Individuals

  • Pathways to Success: Assistance with employment and education opportunities.

2. No-Cost Food Distribution

  • Over 3,000 lbs of fresh food distributed annually.
